1. How do I sign up to the Astoria Mills Affiliate Program

• Affiliate Signup Form:
  Click here to sign up to our affiliate program. Simply complete the form and submit. You will receive an acceptance email acknowledging your request and your application will be reviewed promptly.
• Acceptance E-mail:
  Once accepted a welcome email with complete instructions will be sent to you, including the link to your Affiliate Resource Center.
• Affiliate Resource Center:
  This is where affiliates can track commissions and get up to date Commission Reports. You can also get your " Standard Affiliate Link"( hoplink) again at any time - (the link to place on your own web site page where you off Astoria Mills products for sale).

2. How Does It Work?

• Standard Affiliate link (hoplink):
  Each affiliate must have a web site or Blog. In a prominent place on your site you include a short endorsement, an image provided of the Astoria Mills Baking Mixes, or a banner and the Affilate Link (hoplink). When a visitor to your site wants to buy and clicks your Affiliate Link - the customer is immediately jumped to a Products Page on the Astoria Mills website. his page provides your customer with complete information on all the baking mixes.
• Products Page:
  This page and its sub-menu tabs contains details about all of the Astoria Mills baking mixes and products. Customers are directed to 'Add to Shopping Cart Buttons'.
• Secure Shopping Cart:
  Customers complete their order process in our Secure Shopping Cart and can use all Major Credit Cards. (They can aslo use their Paypal account if they wish. Customers are not required to sign up to PayPal.)
• Thank You for Purchase:
  As soon as an order is placed, customers are sent to a thank you page, where they are both thanked for their order and given any further instructions re the order process.

Astoria Mills takes care of everything, including the shipping of the products!

All sales are automatically tracked by your Affiliate Link, and commissions on each sale are assigned to you - the designated affiliate.

3. Order Confirmation Procedure

The following confirming Emails are sent automatically ...

1. To the Customer - with their receipt.
2. To the Astoria Mills Administrator - placing the order for shipping. Once the order has been shipped an automatic email is sent to the customer with an order tracking number. 
3. To you - the Referring Affiliate - advising that a  sale has been made and that you should check your commission reports.

4. Payments and Commissions

1. Commissions to Affiliates are paid on the first of each month.
2. Payments are made to their PayPal Account.
3. All affiliates must register a PayPal account to receive payment of their Commissions.
4. Payments are made when commissions reach $50 or more
