Here's how to mix & match order

You can mix and match any of the 5 mixes below for the special 5 pack price.

During the checkout process, on the page where you fill in your billing and shipping information. scroll down to the bottom of the page.  You will find a box labeled 'Comments/Special Delivery instructions'

In the box under that heading, write which combination of the 5 mixes you would like. For example: 1 - Pastry Flour Mix #2 and 1- Pizza Mix #5 and  3 - Bread Mix #6, or, 5 - Mix # 6.

When we process your order we will put the 5 mixes you want in the box and send it.

Please note, that the pizza and bread need a bit of flour to knead them with, Mix #2 goes with Mix #5 and Mix #3 goes with Mix #6 for best results. You can use corn starch instead.

Makes: Muffins, Pancakes, Quick Breads, Snack Cakes, Crumble Toppings, Roux sauces & gravy, Deep fry batters, & for dredging meats.

Also used in combination with Pastry Flour Mix #2 in various recipes.

Mix #2 - Pastry Flour

Makes: Pies, breads, cookies, pasta, biscuits and scones.

Also used in combination with All Purpose Mix # 1 in various recipes.

Mix #3 - Fine Flour

Makes; Tortes & Fine Cakes, Crackers, Breads, Biscuits, Filo Dough, Kneading & Dusting mix.

2 Easy Bread & Pizza Mixes

Mix #5 - Italian Breads and Pizza

Makes: Artisan Italian Breads & Pizzas, Hearty Farmers Loaves, Bagels, Chiaptta style breads and rolls, and is a Mock Rye Breads Base or Egg-free Chia Bread base.

A Knead-able Traditional Yeast – Rice Based Dough - use Pastry Flour Mix #2 to knead with.

Mix #6 - Light Brown Bread
