Happy New Year, wishing you all a wonderfully gluten free 2009
Many thanks to all of you who have written to me in the last while. Have a wonderful 2009.
I guess after enjoying so much of my Gluten Free Plum pudding over the holidays I'd best think about a wee bit of dieting huh...Hope some of you tried it as well. Kasia surely liked it wheh I brought some in to taste on her Rogers TV show.
Just looking at some of the photographs I took at holiday meals. This gluten free pumpkin pie I made at Thanksgiving was really delicious. I even made the pumpkin filling by baking a fresh pumpkin and hollowing it out rather than using pumpkin from a tin. There is a taste difference when you have time and pumpkins are in season. Pumpking freezes well, so why not make a mark on your calendar to put some away this fall.
2009 will hopefully see us being able to create our own line of mixes for you so you will be able to enjoy the ease of my Gluten Free Cooking and Baking System too.
