Astoria Mills Launches sale of Enriched Gluten Free Mixes

Well here it is! I know you have all been waiting for our big announcement. We finally did it! Happy to announce that the New Astoria Mills Enriched Gluten Free Mixes are now available for sale. There have been so many details to get worked out.

We announced the launch on our Gluten Free Facebook Page where 2,500 people have been patiently awaiting the word; and now I’m writing my first blog post on the new Astoria Mills website. It has been quite a busy few months. Thank you all for being so patient and for your support. Your encouraging emails have kept us going.

Hope you will enjoy browsing throught the website and seeing more new photographs taken at my kitchen window just before anyone was allowed to taste :). Lots of fun and I hope to do some video demos in the next few weeks to show you how the mixes work.

Someone should have filmed my husband Breck and me as we donned our white bakers hair nets taking my recipes and translating them into bakery terms and measurements in order to create the mixes. Measuring out to the gram so that the mixes will turn out just right. It is one thing to do something in your kitchen, another to make a ton of it come out the same way!

We wish to thank every member of our family for supporting us in this ...for your support, for friends, investors and the dedicated staff at ‘the mill’ -our elves behind the scenes, mixing blending and packaging, putting on labels and shipping.
